Stubs Consulting always follow a robust recruitment process for every applicant. This ensures fairness for everyone and means that we recruit the best person for the job.

When applying for a role with us you'll need to make sure you complete your application fully to give you the best chance of succeeding to the next stage. This will include the following:

1.Source suitable candidates

We source suitable candidates using various tools to ensure that candidates are aligned with our clients requirements.

2.Shortlist CVs

We evaluate applicants and select the highest quality application best suitable for the roles.

3.Pre-screen CVs

Interviews and assessments are important mechanisms to identify the right person for any role. We pre-screen candidates to determine whether they meet the minimum qualification of the job prior to submitting to our clients.

4.Background checks

We provide the necessary pre-employment and background checks, including I.D verification, academic qualifications, criminal checks etc.

5.Present suitable candidates to our clients

We We present a maximum of 3 candidates per position.

6.Shortlist CVs

We evaluate applicants and select the highest quality application best suitable for the roles.

7.Schedule interviews

We coordinate interviews between the candidate and client.

8.Negotiate offer & start date

We coordinate the offer process between our client and candidate to establish agreement. This includes- but not limited to- supplying our client with the candidates current and expected remuneration.

9.On-going support & intervention

We offer on-going support- subsequent to the candidate starting at the client- for a minimum of 3 months.
